This Is Ridiculous!!!!!

I've tried to download the new upgrade version 1.23, & I can't get anywhere!!! It keeps asking me for information I guess I don't have, or at least the correct information!!!
I'm very tired tonight, & I don't want to go through all this B.S., just to get something that I'm supposed to be entitled to. Would someone from Pixologic please tell me how to get my upgrade???

Mark! It must be late if you are that crouchy.....

It's not BS, just the way it is. There are more difficult things in life to deal with other than problems downloading a freaken upgrade....

How bout, unemployment, illness, hunger, sorrow, hatred, murder, death...

It's software! NOT life.

I ran into a bit of a problem with the ZResource files not found when i installed..course it was MY OWN FAULT. I realized I was going WAY TO FAST (too eager) reorganizing files for the new version and files for the old version. Humph, says me, guess I forgot to alt A something around this here C drive.....hunt hunt hunt, I found the problem and fixed it.
