What if, I put glasses and a shirt on another of my studies (classical greek marble reference)? Just a few more strokes. Shirt from an older concept (blender).
    The missing link
(of course I have to erase hair and give him some decent particles in blender.
I love sculptris. Lot of fun.

very neat work. Will you please explain just some basics for sculpting hairs (what brushes you use the most)? I will sculpt some ancient greek models soon so this will be very useful
    Good DAY sir!

    Hey, thanks
Composition, (a kind of cubism, try not to repeat the same shapes)
I start with broad draw tool (+-), smooth and grab always handy
Then crease tool, broad and a bit less sensitive. Giving a hard surf look, somehow. This tool is a legend. (superior to most of zbrushes)

More appropriate glasses for sculpture LOL. And some edits. Mouth still opened (easier for retopo)

    Oh thank you!
    About BPR renderer of zbrush.
    1. You can perform a best render pass and just hit BPR after this.
    2. AO map can be used as a fake GI. How? In Ps, levels/limits make it from black to grey. Colorize it [ctrl/cmd + U] some warm tone I guess.
Now use it as screen layer/adjust levels as you like.

    Have a look
    GIfake.jpg

And a fast render test, casted shadows look deeper than shadowed parts, this is happening in a GI renderer.

I love this sculpt. Such a friendly expression.
Have you plans to leave symmetry for the hair?
Would make a very big difference.

    Thanks Knacki,
Of course symmetry isn't nice. Especially in this case. I still keep it on, I'll go for retopo and some work in zbrush. I also kept his mouth opened, for retopo.
But now I'm working on a shaved version (wasn't easy, working with reducer etc), retopo already and going for blender (painting, particles etc)

Yes, if it's once there it's hard to get rid of in sculptris.
Have you seen sculptrs expert N#1 Piz just popping several spheres together for one sculpt?

    3rd picture.

If you plan retopo anyway, it's a good idea to make i.e. hair as an extra sphere, plane what ever. Select-, hide- and deletable.
It's not subtools but better than nothing
