Adaptive skinning etc

I've read this tutorial and still I can't do what it is supposed to do, I must be overlooking something or maybe just plain stupid

Hi Aga
It's just a tutorial for learn to use the Zsphere.
Any diffilculties
KenB take an octoppus because it's an animal with symetry
So take a Zsphere, Zradial 8 or more and create your own creature.
If you have some problem with Zsphere look at the tutorial inside the Program !
When you have finished your creature in Zsphere transform it with adaptative Skinning !
That's all! You can also use Texture Master for ornament it
And post your painting in this post challenge
