Here are some new WIP pics.


I started my Highres Poly with the hat. It was the first part of all my project.






My workflow was: Middleres Poly in max; Highres Poly in ZB.






Finally, I got the hole HighPoly:









Then I did the lowpoly and baked the normalmap:
