    Default Demon Hunter: War & Peace

    I got the huge privilege of creating the sculptures for the covers for Demon Hunter’s next two albums. This is a dream come true for me. Since I was 13 I’ve wanted to make a heavy metal album cover. Getting to do so for one of my favorite bands is like a double dream come true! I'm not super great at Zbrush, though I've been tinkering with it since the mid '00s. We had originally planed to have me sculpt these pieces traditionally, but switched halfway through to digital for a variety of reasons. I can post some of the WIPs and physical maquettes below if anyone's interested. The images below are rendered in Keyshot 5. (All I can afford right now!)

    Very cool work! I think the second one looks even better than the dark/gold version.
