I tried for Frenchy's 3 minute challenge.

The best I could manage was 6 minutes.

Mine was not painting but colorizing
Not exactly the same
You can make the same with the use of the strencil (On and inverse) + Use of the brush with zadd off rgb only + an intensive use of Zoom + - and the pen graphic !
+ Use of the space barre for move the canvas(deselect stencil else you move the stencil

Stencil On just the aera are "paint, Inverse (just the "line" are paint)
Just fill with rapidity and a little precision
At the end you just add some part of white colors for the lights
But I am not a pro just an hobbist player
In toshop you have the magic fill aera, in Zbrush no, so you try to find trick
Nothing mysterious

Just depending of what do you prefer
Classical way brush by brush or as "lazzy" than me fill-aera
You can mix both
