    Default Sculptris Sketchbook

    Hi everyone,
I wanted to post my latest sculptris capture vid here.
The sculpt is based on a concept by Gavin Ball.

While I'm at it, here are some of my older Sculptris works.
2 quick bust jams, no prior concept.

Very nice stylized head. You should also post your other sculpts. They are fantastic! Did you have previous sculpting experience prior to using Sculptris?

I like the last 2 guys, were they rendered in sculptris?

IF so.. What skin material did you use?

cdrake | thanks on the comments. i did post some of the older stuff as well, i guess something went wrong, i'll try posting again. as for prior sculpting experience, yes i've used other packages for sculpting. i was doing quite a bit of poly modeling prior to that as well.

maciej | thanks, means a lot as i'm a big fan of caricature.

holyenigma74 | thnaks. they were textured in sculptris, but are software rendered using GI with a SSS shader.

a speed sculpt from today with the alpha6.
i like the feel of it, seems Tomas had tweaked the brush engine a bit. it's subtle but feels smoother.

screenshots are from silo, imported to make the hair
