    Default Battletoads Fan Art

    Greetings!
    I want to share my latest work. This is fan art of what I think is one of the best video games of my childhood. “Battletoads” had really fun characters and gameplay. Even though each level proved to be harder than the previous one, it was very rewarding to beat the whole game.
    So this is my interpretation of what one of the characters may look like with today’s technology. I wanted to keep the original design as much as possible but also wanted to increase the level of details and push for realism.
    While making this model I got to try out the PBR method of creating textures. It is certainly a much more efficient and time-saving workflow. The renders were all made in Marmoset Toolbag. I realized how powerful this real-time engine is.
