this is a method to positioning light in the canvas...where you want.
Fig.1) Drawn a sphere 3D (the object to illuminate)
Fig.2) reate a second layer
Fig.3) Drawn a sphere3D on second layer and ...
Fig.4) ...Position it where you want the light source
Fig. 5) Open the light palette and create a new light (only Point, Spot or Glow works with this method). Select light color and intensity. Then click on "P" button and drag on canvas over the second sphere (orange line). Now your light is at the right position.
Fig.6) Press Best render...
Fig.7) ...and you can see the result.
Now you can delete the second layer.
Why not a zscript ?? Because i have tried to do one, but don't works well (the drag and drop don't work within zscript).
