Pretty sure that comes with ZBrush. Check the Standard Materials category in the Materials fly out.
Click on the material swatch and it should be in the section below the top one which has Matcap in most of the names. HTH
hey guys, I thought I'd bump this old thread to share some of the characters I did for the upcoming Blizzard's Overwatch. I can't share any highpoly yet, but Zbrush was HEAVILY used during the creation process.

Zarya : This character was a collaboration between Vitaliy Naymushin, Hai Phan and myself. I mainly focused on her body, head, hair and texture polish. The weapon created by Matt Taylor.
