    Derek Frenzo: I did a reg in 3DS Max with some blend shapes from Zbrush. Photoshop was used for texturing.

    Nice render.. great model.. the front end of the animation is really nice too..

    there's a parts that sorta of drift and "pop" into action.. you can see it most right before the scream.. (8-9 second mark) try to ease in and out your animation curves.. also the eyelids don't close fully when the head goes back (the eyes look as thought they're pointing down while the upper eyelids are still wide open) gives it sorta an unnatural apperance..

    I'd maybe push the scream some too.. REALLY fierce..

    with a some small adjustments it'll be great lil animation too!
