Chamberlain. Superb. I've often thought it like to tackle him myself.

Great sculpt and great movie! A pity they don't make movies with that quality anymore ...

Ralf this Skeksis is amazing... You gotta do more like Aughra or the urRu mystics. Been thinking of doing these characters in ZBrush for a while as I am always looking through my Brian Froud books for inspiration.

As a big Dark Crystal fan myself I really enjoyed seeing your bust. Great details - awesome work as usual!

Someday I'll have to come over to sneak over your shoulder and learn... not many talented ZBrushers here in germany...

    Hello,

many thanks for your comments. And thanks for the Top Row.

It was fun to work on this bust. The challenge was to emulate in 3d space
the layering effect from fabrics and semi soft material that you get in the
    real world.

I build it so that it is 3d printable. All parts are closed (thanks to Dynamesh)
and thick enough for a print in 200 mm.

I think a lot of people would like to see a sequel or prequel of the
Dark Crystal World. Maybe as a series with eight episodes.
It would not be so expensive as a feature and it would be more
    room to develop the characters.

    Many thanks again.

    Cheers

    Ralf Stumpf
