Hey guys, i started the Train2Game artist and animators course at the end of last year, and although still in the very early stages im really enjoying the course, and feel that i am learning a lot from it.
Unfortunately the course doesnt cover zbrush (mudbox instead) But i love Zbrush and intend to use it anyway for my sculpting needs.
Im starting this thread as i find that this site is excellent, you guys on here are really helpful, and this is my favourite 3d forum by a long shot. The advice given on here really is brilliant, so i'm hoping that i can mooch some of that advice regarding my own work.
As the course im on is game art and animation, everything i do needs to be able to run in a game engine.
Recently i started modelling a Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle, i sketched up a rough model sheet in corel painter, used that in max to make a simple base mesh, sculpted that base mesh in Z4 and done a retopo (my first ever retopo, so not perfect, but its a start) in max. Im now back in Z4 to make some accessories for him.
Really just wanna know where you guys think i could improve, my idea was to make Leonardo, but a tall skinny version of him, so his legs are quite thin, maybe to thin.
Anyway heres my WIP shots from start to where i am now. Iv never posted multiple images at once before, so i apologise if this messes up.
