Great likeness and the pose feels really natural. I don't think facial hair is a problem, since you will take it in 3ds and finetune it there. However, if I may I would suggest to take more care of...
Look great! Great detailing and render! My only concern is the ears, seems there is no cartilage that drives the forms in them, but rather feels all fat underneath the skin.
