Hey again everyone! This was a character done for my class at Laguna College of Art and Design here in southern California. Students create a creature of their own, very similar to this guy. They use it as a means to learn the ZBrush interface and techniques. Hope you like!
great art man, inspiring!!! :tu::tu::tu::tu::tu::tu::tu::tu::tu:
Im currently a student at LCAD im thouroughly enjoying my classes my major is game art
Amazing creature !!!
Dayamn that is nice. I would like to borrow your brain for a while so I can reboot and reprogram mine.
For a "quick" sculpt that first one is great! The second is well thought out. It really gives off that Deep sea creature/inhabitant feel.
Hey all! Thanks for the kind words, glad you like :D here is something new, you can find the tutorial in 3d Creative Mag in August. All done in ZBrush.
-Image and character created for 3DTotal.com Ltd, www.3dtotal.com. Tutorial series coming soon to 3DCreative Magazine! www.3dcreativemag.com-
Wonderful! I canĀ“t wait for the tutorial. :tu:
Very nice, love your work
What a fantastic Father's Day surprise. Thanks KP! August is to far away.
Nice addition to your line up of cool characters.
Thanks all! Happy Fathers day :D
It's always great to receive feedback. MonsterMaker - Major congratulations on your Hollywood Star! I was watching it live, was really exciting :)
Here's a freebee for now from the magazine, it's a little out of context but shows you a few things on how I get my renders. Note that the filters I have selected have not been altered to a different filter type (even though I'm not showing the filter settings, they are mostly default with just the Shadow factor adjusted for masking the filter out of certain areas). The tutorial is 15 steps, starting from scratch to finished render in ZBrush, with a lot more detail :D Hope you like it!
Love the design and thanks for the tutorial :)
Very cool concept !!:tu:
