Very nice work and good presentation...Congrats
Solidsnake - Thanks
Rodsanchez - Thank you, I just used the bumpviewer material. It seems to show up the modelling well.
Highway star - Thanks, the wings took ages! There's probably a quicker way but I'm still a zbrush beginner
Moni-poroni - Thank you, glad you like them!
Tuff - Thank you. I'm really pleased with the photos.

Oops! sorry! Yes, that's the real world one. I wouldn't have a clue how to do that digitally

Lovely work. There's a great sense of fun in what you do.
I think I'll have missed your time at Tussaud's by a few years - I left the company in 1987. My last visit to the studio was around the mid-80s, when it was still on the top floor at Marylebone Road, and we were doing the version of the Cabinet of Curiosities that was at Wookey Hole. I (reluctantly) had custody of some of the bulkier items from the archive at the time.

Seriks - Thank you!
Sigmund Hentze - Thanks!
Plaything - Thanks. Our paths nearly crossed. I started in 1988 in the middle of Rock Circus. Still in touch with a lot of the folks. It certainly was a great place to work.
Ah, yes, I did visit Rock Circus after it was finished (having seen the Trocadero as a shell). And I remember being shown some of the early experiments to find a compound that would work on the animatronics - in particular a hand that looked great, and moved nicely, but which dissolved alarmingly if you pressed the skin surface.Quote:
