Julian_K 2010 [shader download at bottom of first post](nuditity)
(edit 03..01.2011: noticed today that 2 images where missing and one was double instead. corrected that and also attached the last shader from the other thread in here. now all the useful shaders are in here at one place.)
For a while I felt tempted to make sort of a 'best of' and put the better pieces of what is scattered around here,all in one post. Seeing this year end tomorrow, I thought that is a good opportunity and decided to just do it.
Starting with the last and going back to the first post of work I ever made here.
hope I don't get killed for this massive post :)
It has been a very interesting and challenging year with all ups and downs here. Most of all I got to see and learn more about some of the outstanding fellow artists here - also on a personal level- which was really a big pleasure. Even the controversies which occurred now an then where good experience in the end.
So here's my ZbrushCentral 2010. Except for the 2 'The Room' images, it has all been rendered in Zbrush.
Cheers to all, Thanks to everybody at Pixologic for this unique and artist friendly software and and making this all happen. Also thanks for running this forum with as little censorship as possible.
Finally - thanks to all the artists who keep this place alive (cherub, you should really stick around) and special thanks to those who often take the time to help others get the best out of Zbrush!

2011 Best of Shaders download
Since there still seem to be quite a few people having a difficult time with BPR and sss I couldn't help it and put together a package which should serve as a starter pack to get into the whole thing. the package includes the basic shader I used for 'A life Fast Forward' and exactly the light and render setup you can see in the sheet below. I also include the head in the sample renders in a download link below(too big to upload here). get it while it's hot, because I won't keep the file there forever.
I have included that head model so you can realyl start with exactly what you see in the sheet. if you would use a model with a very different scale, your render results would also be different. please only use this model for testing the shader and playing around with it.
the render samples you see in the sheet are straight out of ZBrush and not manipulated afterwards. what they are supposed to show , is what sort of different results you already get by only turning on/off shader slots of this quad shader.
