View Full Version : antilias display on 3D object
Hi everyone. I am a new to Zbrush... Just start playing with it for less then 12 hours.
I have a question, when i zoom in on the 3D object, the image display on the screen became really pixelated. Even I chose the render best render, the display dont improve much. I don't think its my video card right?
Can someone give me some tips on how to improve this?

Hi Felix
I guess you are using zoom in the Zoom palette right?
To enlarge/zoom in on your model, the best way is to go out of edit mode (keyboard 'T' toggles edit mode) and use the scale function (that's the button with S on it (keyboard shortcut 'E')). Once this is selected, drag outside the gyro to enlarge or decrease the size of your model.
If you are out of edit mode the whole model is scaled as a whole in the screen without actually changing any of the geometry and without pixellating.
Good luck :)

Quicker way >press alt and then mouse button with curser on canvas (or bottom of)take your finger off alt push mouse up or down sizes accordingly. If you keep mouse button and alt pressed then u have the ability to move the tool.
Hey Guys, thanks for the help, i think i get the idea and the work flow now. Pressing the Alt key is a great tip.
Thanks guys again
