I like him, he reminds me of a certain fellow with a flying squirrel as a side-kick. C'mon, someone knows who I'm talking about!

Alien moo-cow action hero. :D Needs a sonic cowbell around it neck to deflect enemies...and a robotic sidekick "Pale"...but when not in hero mode poses as mild mannered "Bucket". (great disguise eh?)

Very cute character you have going on here....seems like a lot of funny possibilities open for a Nick.com type comic thing happening. Look forward to updates. :tu: :tu:

Rooka, nicely realized character. It's interesting where we get inspiration sometimes.
Also, excellent work on your daughter! So cute and lifelike...: ))

I really like this character and style - looks like claymation and that's just cool in 3D!!!

Great character! Will you please post a link to any animation you apply? I can imagine this dude doing some funny moves. What package are you importing to?

Rooka what is your render/light setup. I like the raytraced shadow look you have going there. Or do I mean radiosity. Ah screw the terminology it looks damned good.......I mean the model too of course, not always easy to model a specific character rather than just inventing one on the spot, at least for me anyway, but I am a ZBrush n00b so any render tips would me most welcome. At the moment when I eventually model something half decent my only option is to export and render in LW. My render/lighting/texture knowledge in ZBrush is base at the moment.

Thanks for the comments :)

theride: I don't think that Hormy will be animated ... I have no experience with rigging/animating things. The last image was rendered in Cinema 4D.

HariKari: As I wrote I rendered the image in Cinema 4D with radiosity. I used ZBrush for modelling and texturing ... I am a beginner zbrusher and I don't know how to light/render scenes ... yet :)

Another render in C4D with color, bump and specular maps painted in ZB:
