I like it. Very distinctive style. I bet he'd be a great Elf Jester. :D

The only thing that I would do to add more to this, is play off of your exaggerated style on everything. For instance, his cheekbones seem rather flat. And so is the side of his nose, nostrils. Other than that, I think you're ready for textures my friend.
