View Full Version : Plez Explain How Too UV map

In the rhino in Texture Master (Projection)the parts are separated on the screen to texture individually, have watched the script alot and don't understand how to take a model made in Z2 and have it break into the parts as shown in lesson 5, Can someone explain how to do that in simple terms for someone like myself that doesn't understand the technical aspects of doing this. Thanking in advance for any and all help.
It is UV mapping that is responsible for that.

Thanks for pointing me in the right direction, I noticed that the figure in your post shows the model in a different program, which program, and is it a free program to d/l. Again thanks for your help.
I'm not sure but I think it's UVMapper Pro which isn't free. There is a free version called UVMapper Classic which you can get here UVMapper (http://www.uvmapper.com)
