There are never any mistakes on your own model... the least you could get by people like me are comments and opinions.
I think its good and that u'll get used to Zbrush really fast... :D

When adding hair with the fiber brush...do a best render, bake the image ( Ctrl B ) then select RGB only and then apply your hair ...you get a more natural look..and play with the modifiers in the fiber pallette.
You are off to a fun start with your model. Just remember to have fun while making your images..you will learn alot more along the way as you grow as a Zartist. Read in the quicklinks about texturing and using alphas. There are also some wonderful materials for skin on this forum and alphas that users have provided freely for us to use.
Looking forward to your next update.
Also if you are interested in the human head in your models, some good advice I was given was to simply keep a mirror at your computer and look at your own face as a reference point when modeling.....ie for eye placement, ear placement etc...will definitely be a big help for you and easier for you to learn.
Good luck
Creatively yours,
ron ;)

Hah! Nice modification...: ) Your original was a Lord of the Rings orc and this one is now a Warhammer orc. I'm partial to Warhammer orcs as they are nasty AND cartoony. Very good work...and quick! Keep adding to this one, I want to see what you can do to him. Here is a link to some inspiration...
