Comicon Challenge 2010

It's that time of year again! As you may remember from LAST YEAR (http://www.zbrushcentral.com/showthread.php?t=63093), the annual Game Artisans Comicon Challenge attracts some of the finest 3D artists around -- and many of the top entries typically use ZBrush!

We wanted to do something a little bit different this time around. There have been a number of entries already making an appearance on ZBC, so we thought it would be nice to provide one handy place for them all to come together. To that end, this thread has been created!

If you are a ZBC member who is participating in the challenge, please do the following:

Create a thread with your entry. Be sure to include all those WIP images and some information about how ZBrush was used to bring your creation to the screen!
Post your beauty shot in this thread and include a link back to your own.


The idea is to create a great gallery in this thread while also providing a way that people can go to see more about your work.

And if you're not a ZBC member yet... what are you waiting for? :)

Hey guys, so here is a render of my entry. The guys at work are really helping learn how to get a handle on rendering out my work. I owe them a great thanks. I'm interested in experimenting further. I used z-brush to sculpt the main form and I can't compliment the brush system high enough. I use the clay tubes brush with the h-polish brush, just as so many other artists do. I love form and design more than anything and the reason I chose Hellboy was because I think Mignola is a master at it. Hi All!
I used zbrush for creating the whole model, not paying much attention to creating clean surfaces, it was more a 3d sketch, upon which I made the final model back in May, this is a wonderful and fast way of doing it.
Unfortunately I was very limited in time because of the main work, that's why my work is quite raw in texturing, I hope I will find more time soon to finish it.
