Polymesh Export Question

Hi All,

Still a newbie at Zbrush, and have an export question. I think I have the Multimarker tool down now, and I can import meshes in DXF and OBJ formats to use with the Mutimarker tool. Unfortunately, I found out the current version of ZBrush does not seem to be able to combine imported meshes with native tools for export. Even if I make the imported mesh a Ztool, once the objects are combined using the Multimarker, I can only make a polymesh out of the native tools. Is this truly a limitation in ZBrush, or am I missing something? Thanks in advance....

Currently, the multi-marker tool doesn't allow the conversion to polymesh of already polymeshed objects, which imported objects are considered to be. I believe this is something that will be changed in the future, however.
