The below is my insignificant attempt to tell Ron howmuch he will be missed by me. The foiliage that is bent down is me bowing to your wishes, and hoping you will forgive me for being neglectful and taking you for granted, we are all guilty of this with everyone.

The "bird" is a Harris Hawk, and may the light always shine on you.
Things to know about the Harris Hawk:
It works in families (ZBC), they hunt like wolves, flushing out prey. They teach their young their knowledge by example. They are very agile in flight, although they may seem sluggish when not hunting (doing artwork), but that can change instantaneously. They have been known for their brillant dives and spectacular flying abilities. They can even fly backwards and hover for a while. And they are a "bird" that takes only one woman, who has 2-3 males. Because they do not know who the Father of their chicks are, all of the males nest with the Mother, seeing to her and the chicks needs (tutorials, emails, help in general)
They are a proud spicies, and with very good reason.
They are also very adaptable because of their agility.
So Ron, find your place where you will be happy and healthy. Take care of you, and should you come back, which I pray that you can, I, for one, will never take you, or anyone else, for granted.
You are my friend, I want what is best for you, so do what you have to do to take care of your plumage.
