Morning Clouds

I drove to work today and saw the most spectacular cloudscape. So, at lunch I had a little extra time and had some fun. Well, here is an attempt to recreate the beauty, which of course doesn't even come close, but I thought to share it anyway. Did anyone see the face in the clouds? Me neither until I got home and looked at this again. :)

Iknow what you mean, it is hard to capture somehting like this isn't it? But you have produced a beautiful sky whether you got it exactly right or not!

I'm a big fan of atmospheric effects too. One of my favourites is that effect you sometimes get following a heavy shower in spring when the sun has come out again but the sky in front of you is still solidly leaden blue-grey. It makes the spring foliage stand out in an almost unbelievably vivid green. I never tire of seeing that.
