AAAAARGH!!!!!

does anybody know what the hotkey is to move the picture?
By move the picture, I meanhold down the hotkeys, drag on the screen, and have the image move.
I know it exists, but I cant remember how to do it...

It's a tilde for you .. :)
and "%/ù" for french Keyboard it move layer..

Hold down the spacebar and move the mouse on the image with the left button pressed...
