Inspired by Frenchy to play some more I started in this case to duplicate, flip and merge layers untill I'd got a pleasing feel and pattern. After that I've added some overpainting and again decided to leave alone at this point untill I'm in the correct frame of mind to complete it.
More thoughts of Spring perhaps. :)

My monitor is really dark, I can't seem to get it any lighter, so your image is really dark on my screen, but from what I can see, I really like the colours you are using and the textures as well. Be interesting to see what you end up doing with it.

Boozie Floozie,

Your probably on to something. I would say that it is in an embryonic stage.
Since I've had Z-Brush I have been encouraged to experiment by other users on this board.
I guess you could say that Z-Brush has brought me to a point of fusion( or fission ) in my computer graphics career.
I've made some prints of my Z-Brush creation and I am thinking of putting them on my lightbox and reconstructing them with analog tools( watercolor pencils, india ink)
Have I come full circle artistically?

Northstarr I've posted a lighter gamma version here. It's tricky posting pics where the blacks are so important especially with the Mac windows gamma difference. Hope this version is clearer.

Oh yeh, I can see it better now, more detail. I also found my software for my monitor so I am in the process of trying to recalibrate it. Thanks for posting again. The detail makes a big difference. This is really cool! Still look forward to seeing what you do with it.

Hi Bozzie
The big difference with tools than Sprays or "dupplicate" are in this : a great part is allow to the random, the accident, the chance and after you can "smudge" for arrange it if you want :)
It's very different from your previous works when you have the entire control of your inspiration :)
Art must be controled or not :)
