Been a'lurkin' -- now a postin'

Hi there, I've been visiting ZBC since I downloaded the demo. ZBrush is just amazing. Here's the first face I did that I was happy with:

And today I went to MacWorld, and am using ZB 1.55 in MacOSX! Yeehaa :D

Been playing with it, and here's a the traditional newbie head shot:

This character is called Twilight Pearl and she's in a comic series of mine that I'll probably get to eventually (and do in ZBrush).

Feel free to 121 these puppies.

If you want to see some of my comix (acutally a test strip and a few character sheets, done old-style 2.0D) visit the CRToons home page (http://www.crtoons.com)
and click on the "Devil May Care" link. Pay no mind to the projected begining of the series, as getting ZBrush changed everything. I do believe that Devil May Care will be done entirely in ZBrush.

btw, I met the Pixolator (Ofer Alon) and he is as nice in person as he is here in ZBC. In fact the entire staff was just totally enthused about ZBrush -- as well they should be!

I Like the cartoon too you're obviously a skilled 2D illustrator.
Like Ron mentioned I'd love to see your Sukath character realised in ZBrush, the 2D images are really impressive.

There's not any more of my online comix, other than what's on the CRToons website. :(

But ZBrush is gonna change that now. It was so intense and wild the first time I used Z, it felt like I was "home." The tutorials and zscripts help in my overall understanding of ZBrush, but I "got" the program the first time the demo opened and I started playing.

For the first time in too long I'm truly excited by a software program. Even my dreams are invaded by 3D spheres and zifs.If I'm sick, I don't wanna be cured~

My project for the weekend is going to be the character sheet for sukath. Post a WIP when I have something.
