? Magic Marker thread?

I recently read the thread about the Magic Marker in 1.13, did anyone ever resolve that issue?

I think that the special magic marker tool only works with Windows 2000. I just finished building a new system with Windows ME(long story), and it DOESN'T work with it, while it did on my last system with Win2K. Oh, well :(

I've had extended conversations with both programmers and graphics people on the Win2000 and WinME subject.

It seems to me that WinME is the red headed stepchild of MS. It just doesn't cooperate much.

I have Win2000Pro. Runs like a dream.
