I like it, if you bake the layer then you can use the shading enhancer brush to improve the glow effect on the eye and stars.

Great work! I really like the red eye. kinda reminds me of terminator...maybe? My only suggestion would be to do radial lighting to light up the figure. That way, the wonderful bumps and indentations on the skin would be more visible. looking forward to the tweaked image! :tu:
