How to change email?

Does anybody know how to change the email address on the Pixologic support site. I know they are sending out download links for Z4 and I know longer have access to my old email address. Does it have to be over the phone?

had same problem a while ago
opened a support ticket where i explained the want to change e mail adres and they said
go ahead and open a new account whit the new e post adres and
my licensing info.
after i had done that i from the new account sent them a support ticket
where i told my old e post adres and the new one and they merget my
old account history whit the new and killed the old account.
