My first artwork

A few days ago someone was complaining about too many people only lurking on the forums. So here's my first zbrushed creation. I'm a programmer not an artist and this is the first picture I've ever released on the net for all to see (my attempts with other 3D softs were too awful).

To model this head I've used the techniques I saw in the modelling sessions that come with the software. Texturing was made with TextureMaster.

I hope it's not too ugly and I welcome your comments (be honnest please).

PS: A big thank you to Pixolator, this soft is too good to be true.

LOL I guess the "complainer" would be me :D But actually I wasn't complaining about lurkers I was just trying to get more people active on the forum. Welcome aboard and welcome into the light! ;) This is a great first post and start. You have a good grasp of the fundamentals. Fly baby fly! Hope to see more of your work!

Thanks for all the nice comments. ZBrush seems to have a really great community. I'll post more works as soon as I finish them. Time being a somewhat scarce resource, it may take a little while (and I'm already losing my sleep over ZBrush :) )
