That second one is rather striking. It looks like a sort of cross between an infra-red night-vision lens view and a solarised photograph. Very unusual.
When I look at an image, especially a land/seascape, I always try and guess how it was created. I think I have the first image covered, but the second one has me stumped!.
Both are very interesting images, well done Andre.

Thanks very much Flycatcher four your feedback.
Thanks DeeVee for your kindly comments.
The second post:
a. I begin with 3Dplane+sphere brush + colorized spray that result in a miriad of color
b.MRGBZ to make a "blurred alpha"+ deformation+inflat and then use snakehook and fiber brush.
c. I make from that picture 3 o 4 layers(with the same figure) in different position simulating perspective,(if you see carefully the first one is the same but just little bit and so on)
d.Inverse Fog and put very near in one of the layer(bottom figure) and play with/out render plus adjusment (red level for example) from render pannel and you can get some very interesting non-planned combinations.
I hope this help you.
Thanks for your comments.
ps:the other thing that is very useful to me is the simplebrush+dragrect, it allow you to make very special and focally lighting setup (Zadd of).
This is the graphic flowwork with some modifications in the adjusment color level to ilustrate the miriad of combinations you can getĦĦ
