how convincing is this as a mountain?

Not too convincing for earthly mountains but could be ok for fantasy mountains but would need some background and other elements to create the scale.

im just testing out different alphas for mountains and this one seemed to be the best so i textured it a lil and thats about it.
cool background. I would have put it in a scene but im still testing out stuff. I have a mountain in a scene on another thread that is alright but it is rushed and i didnt texture it too well.

well with some added depth, a little fog, maybe a little perspective.. and a little bit more color and bump to this and i would be in heaven... sittin on gods landscape...
