These nudist resorts sure have big fires, I suppose thats on account of them not wearing clothes. Judging by the last image the foods not up to much. Effective images, well done.

Ron, the last image you posted, the monochromatics are more startling then the color images - which I like as well. But that last one is my favorite image of your to date. :tu: :tu: :tu: on a piece well done!

Yes, the monochromic image really notches up the ideas you have been developing for this image.

hey yall I am glad you liked the images....I just start goofing around and then an idea hits and then I am off and running....and it was splendid to go to work and come home and see yer very kind words....esp after two hours of sleep....<thnx ofer ;) > but for some reason dark moody scenes always creep back into my work for some reason....I will try to produce cheerie stuff...but I always turn around and do something like this....maybe its Freudian, who knows....the reason, which I have stated on several occasions, that I don't use Z water alot is the fact that when I am ripping loose on these little pics I do, I have that need to create spontaneously and quickly before I lose my momentum or get interupted in the real world....Z water is very beautiful etc...but it takes me a good while to make something that I like and most of the time the water is just filler for me....Where as Joe has nice clean tropical water where he lives, most of the water in the area I am in is a muddy or murky water though there are still a few little springs and creeks that are clear....but for the most part my waters are dark and murky....and I reflect that quickly in my pieces...I know this is a Zbrush forum and maybe I should only try to produce Zbrush stuff...kinda fickled about that.....but should I ever make it into the business of art, I or whoever must use the tools that they are comfortable with and that are at their disposal...Zwater takes me an hour to do....and I just dont feel that it is always worth me putting that much into that part of the image...though I am sure with practice I could wittle that time down a bit.....but as SC has told me in the past and I agree, my psp water is basically water without any life to it...cant remember the exact wording but he is right....I slap on psp water in like under a minute...and I know I over do the use of the water, but water in an image has always drawn me in....was totally fascinated as a child to see paintings with realistic water....now I agree, that water for scenes showing stuff below the surface or that needs to be of different shadings and colors to depict depth...now Zwater is definitely a must for that....and if I were a better modeler I wouldnt use poser, but when you need a scene with people in it but you arent really interested in expression and stuff...just their stances and the basic figure itself...and just need that added life....then I don't see anythign wrong...I dont understand how to do all the magical things that Aurick, Mentat, Glen and Kathy and Mizzthang do with poser....that is outta my league for the moment....but I will learn it soon...as I will to make DeeVee styled beautiful waters.....guess I may seem like I am doing a bit of rambling...but I thought I just needed to explain a bit on my reasoning behind using other tools of the trade.....I love Z and all of you that make up this wonderful diverse forum....and I aspire to try to be as good as alot of you in the forum are....What images I do I normally feel pretty good about, no matter how I got to the end result....I do alot of compositing of my images too....that is another use of psp for me..I will work on a piece or pieces and then piecework the image together in psp....I am working more with layers lately though....but sometimes like on the Nessies cousin image I will start messing with a creature or something and find I like it enough for it to have a background so I start cutting and pasting it up and tweaking it in psp...I really appreciate you all and your comments and your continued support and wisdoms....Just felt the need to let yall know about my twisted ways... :) thnx again for allowing me to indulge for a few lines...
Yall's buddy,
Ron ;)

no Rules say what APP you can use in the Zbrush forum But i see some people just WAY over doing especaly POSER they import a body then add texture and a bit of Fog and say see look what i made i really don't see thats being hand made or being True ZBrush i see more poser here then the poser gallery it self LOL J/K but that the reason i came here is to see ZBrush art if i want to see Poser art ill go to that forum.
i don't mind seeing a little mixed apps here and there but some people eather depend on it because they can't make it or couldn't because they don't have time but when making art you know it all takes time
if you want to advance your self take your time making it..
zbrush offers about any app you can get but its up to YOU to lern how to make it..
if you fill comportable about using other apps well use it i would ;) and once you have your image, water or what ever you can save it as a .ZLT and then it wont take so long to make it next time..

pratice make perfect and if you depend on other app you will get no pratice..
