Help! I have been struggling to create my first full body using ZSpheres. I finally came across MJ's ZSphere Construction ZScript body tutorial and followed it precisely. Hurray! I finally succeeded. But when I would preview it, it looked like a stick-figure. After saving my character’s plump ZSphere body one last time, I restarted the tutorial to stop it half way through to see what settings he used so his figure was nice and plump when previewed. When I went back and loaded my figure, to my dismay its nice plump ZSphere body was now a stick-figure too! What happened? I didn’t change any settings when I was working on it. And it was plump when saved! http://www2.zbrushcentral.com/zbc_uploads/user_image-1032118108uus.jpg

hrmmm...
there is a thread on this somewhere. It happens when you scale the image with certain tools selected...assuming I am remembering right. I had the exact same thing happen to me on my 1st zsphere model.

Of course, I can't find the thread now :(

Hi LD!

There is a simple work around for this. Just use DEFORMATIONS>INFLATE on your ZSphere figure before skinning it. This will cause each of the spheres to inflate in size and should put the bulk back into your figure. As a matter of fact most of the DEFORMATIONS commands will work on ZSpheres.
