A base head model for anyone that wants to use it...no ears, but those are easily made with a torus tool....use the model as you want if you want...and if you want to 1 2 1 the model for me I would appreciate that too...thnx

Thank you, will use in combination with the
the other material to get totally depressed.
If I could bring myself to break my own rule about not using aliens till I make one deliberately,I could flood this forum.
When you make these figures, do you find yourself with unnatural feelings for them?
Do you feel a sense of loss when you send them out into the world.
Do you wonder about their future, their families their retirement account?
Don't mind me. I have to take a certain approach to learning how to do this.
If I keep spending this much time on it, I must keep it in perspective. LOL
Again my thanks for your help.

Thanks Ron :)

And I truely love what you did with it.

Rtyer, there is a different way of thinking of these models (the base of one) when people do this. You do not have to waste the time on the sculpting up to that point, if you want to learn hair, this would be a good one to start with without all the work involved to get to the hair.

Many Blessings

Kitty:
Understand what you mean.
But if the end result is the most important thing than I would use Photoshop with a Wacom for the hair.(the technique used with Poser figures)
You, could take the model and sketch the hair.
There are some who have argued, perhaps correctly, that zbrush is not the tool to learn to model with.
I am a beginner to the subject of modelling from scratch.
I have, to this point, spent considerable time and effort in other programs ( Maya.Lightwave).
It is only very recently, due to a few works and tutorials provided by Mr. Harris and Mr. Komar that I have decided (at least temporarily) to devote more effort toward accomplishing my goal in Zbrush rather than the others.
One of my best qualities and my worst is that I am stubborn.
I have decided to model( from basically scratch) a human head.
I have a very definite idea of the quality I wish to attain.
Not as good as some, better than others.
Patience, however, has never been one of my strongpoints. To say that this is frustrating would be to put it mildly.
Sorry for the speech.
Mea Culpa!!!!

Thanks for sharing Ron. I will have some fun playing with this guy for sure. I am still not doing too well with my own modelling of heads, so when I get frustrated with my own attempts, I can use your head here to allow me to work on something else!!
