Help!!! On several different models I have noticed strange non-uniform polys like on the attached picture. The models where first made with Zspheres, the had adaptive skinning applied to them with a value of 4. Dividing the mesh doesn`t seem to help and smoothing just makes it appear worse.
Any ideas? http://www2.zbrushcentral.com/zbc_uploads/user_image-1032105399rak.jpg

I should have mentioned, this happens after dividing the mesh... :(

Yes, me again. :D
Just been messing and found that if I mask individual areas, such as the head in the following pic, and divide that, the polys are nice and uniform again. Is that the trick, to selectively divide the different areas as and when you need to?
Sorry if this has already been covered, but I am fairly new to this. http://www2.zbrushcentral.com/zbc_uploads/user_image-1032107093fim.jpg

Hi alien, I'm no expert by any means but this also happens to me too. I've noticed it happens when you masked off an area, divide and then smooth and then this effect appears on the areas around the masked off area that was divided so I guess to undo it, you could then go back and divide the offending area. Or just not smooth?
