Making Feathered Wings

hai friends,
i think most of zbrushers have confusion on how to make wings for birds,characters.here is my preferred way of making wings.hope someone will find it usefull.
1)first i start with zsphere wing bone and on top view,i zsketched in shape of wing.it will give as many branches as you like.

2)then i will use polish brush to make lower part thinner.to have a light look

3)then i will try some alphas,you can use great alpha to get good look.also i use clay brush to sculpt some feathered look.this is a speed sample.so iam making a rough look.also i use daemon brush.

4)then i just composited in photoshop.here is the result.hopes you like it.you can use some good texture to get great results.

You giving very easy and simple information about making wings for birdds,and ofcourse it is a very helpful information,feather wings are uber cool and can add that extra touch to your costume.
