Looks like a great start Yahroon! :) I think the best tip I can give you is take a look at the quicklinks, upper-right corner of every ZBC page. You'll find information on every aspect of ZBrush!

BTW, if you forget to insert your picture, you can use the edit button on your original post to insert it. :)

me, too, thinks that this is a great start, yahroon! i part. like the way you did the hair! and i think the material to be very interesting as it gives the head way of textile-look, like it would be a puppet. i think the neck is a bit thick, though. you might want to push its sides inwards with a bigger brushsize when in edit-move-mode. anyway, i like it as is! in case you are interested in excellent lessons on the heads anatomy for future projects: levius (http://www.gameartworks.com/LoomisBooks/heads/page_01.htm) has collected some fantastico books you might want to check out :)
