A Logo -- 121 me guys

I am doing a ton of these type of corporate slogans for another project. I really think I got this one. What do you think??? :cool:

For me the colors of the two background logo are not fit with the entiere image!
But it's my own advice :)

I was actually going for a contrast on the lettering. What Would you say would be better? I am a big novice with color and advice is welcome
