ATTENTION: Pixolator, Davey, or Verna

Hi,
I purchased zbrush a while back, and somehow didn't end up burning it to a backup cd. My hard-drive recently failed, leaving me without a copy. I have emailed zbrush support twice now, both times without any reply. How can I download a new copy? I can provide any information needed, I haven't been able to use zbrush for months now. The first time I emailed support, I waited over a month for a reply. Any help is greatly appreciated.

I miss the good ol' days. When I first got zbrush, tech support was instant. I guess their customer base has exploded since... Ah well. I'll keep waiting.

This little "support lag" always happens right before a release. :) Which, as a matter of fact, will solve your problem if it doesn't get solved before. (Just a few weeks according to Pixolator!!!)
