Dentures : take simple brush
Gum pink color
2 pass across the screen size 64 Zadd
theeths (5) withe color
1 pass top -> down
Sharpen :) with the Sumdge tool
1 pass down -> top between teeths OK
MrgbGrabber you have the texture !
Take a sphere3D and modifier Texture Hrepeat 0->15
That all ! one minute making :)

For the eeg take the gizmo "scale"

It's often the simple things which can be most inspiring. That is a good idea make repeat textured objects designed to be further smudged.

May be you use an "effect Venitian" :)
No I supose you use IE of Mikrosoft and the screen shot in the Internet screen is some defective :(
