http://www2.zbrushcentral.com/zbc_uploads/user_image-1041879850sys.jpg this image took about a week to make, I put about 8 layers on this baby but yet I COULD NOT bake this image. when I tried to merge the layers it just turned flat sort of, if anyone has the answer to this riddle please reply, otherwise im content with it 121 please.

I can't really help you with your baking problem , I get weird results with merging and baking in wips too :(

Hey, nice work. :)
The state you have on the transform palette with zadd or zsub and mrgb settings has an effect on the way layers are merged. Maybe that helps.

:) Hi gummie, I will have to play with those settings thanks.
Dr. jjwow in the second image the model was actually painted all white, a white bkgrd was added and in the light settings I used the first sun only ,low ambient about 75 intensity and render with a little contrast to give it that sketch look.
