If I have a zsphere node buried inside my model, how do I select it?

for example, I have a parent node that has been covered by all the child nodes, but I can't select the parent node to scale or move because all the "connector" spheres are in the way.

try to move the parent node out of the way to retreive your child.

In your Zsphere tool turn down the Draw Density (Modifiers: Density) If you still cannot see/select it you will have to move one of the nodes as Dr.jjwow suggested.

I'm waiting until ZBrush 1.6 comes out to see if it is possible to assign shortcuts without Zscripting. If it is not I will probably make something with shortcuts for frequently used modelling thingies, such as invert selection, clear selection, changing density and so forth. If you need any help with basic Zscripting ( It's easy, even I could figure it out :D ) then just mail me.

You might try using my little Zsphere utility here -> Zif Widget (http://www.pixolator.com/zbc-bin/ultimatebb.cgi?ubb=get_topic&f=1&t=008962)

you could use the 'fwd' key to navigate to the problem 'node' then use the movement buttons to move it or delete it.

"Zif" is a term that some of the forum members have adopted to mean "ZSphere". :)
