Here's what I got out of my latest adventure into the world of Z. I love Z's materials. Does anyone have non fiberbrush suggestions for painting fur?

bake your image, then set the draw size very thin and choose a flat color and try using the snakehook brush ..hope that helps

Quick question, while modeling I can easily paint a mask by holding ctrl.... but how can I do the same thing while simply painting? for instance, if I want to keep from painting fur into her eyes.
Hi folks!
Saiga2g: Baking converts a layer's materials into the Flat Color material while retaining all color (including procedural textures created by the other materials). This helps keep materials from interacting oddly with one another -- especially useful when fiber brushing or trying to get really fine detail with something like the Snake Hook.
Chris Watkins: If you paint a mask before you start to do your other painting, then you won't be able to paint in the masked areas. You can also use the Stencil to control your painting. That's awesome for things like painting text onto an object.
