If I understand what you are wanting to do is to MultiMark the objects into proper place and then polymesh the MMed objects into one piece. Qucklinks will be your best bet on learning about the MM feature and polymeshing. Hope this points you into the right direction.

Thanks Ron .I included to many images in the above image. I have included another image. I want to create a solid shape like in the image.- a single tappered 3d column model ztool.

to create that shape I would use the Sweep Pofile tool...

I did a search for Sweep Profile and it came up with one listing this post :D

Sweep profile tool :)
The trick with this tool is
Take a point and make an (out drag / in Drag) for change a curve line in a straight line and Inverse :)

this tool is one very under rated tool in the z arsenal. With some creativity you can quickly model tons of stuff with it...very good for glasses, vases, pots, spaceship parts etc.....endless....good luck on your project :tu:
