A complete rip off from a well know movie from 1987 (Was it Beverly Hills Cop??..no).

I have been working on 100% low poly realistic human heads for three weeks now. I feel like I'm getting somewhere with them and every so often I have a quick test render to see how things look.

Here's Pinhead with my head.

interesting background and the guy's make-up. very nice black eyeshadow and lipstick indeed, and a nice contrast with the red-hot mouth.

Ah....the joys of pain...the excrutiating delights of suffering...beg for mercy and I shall only begin anew the succulent tortureous pleasures upon your flesh.....

One of my favorite movies and favorite characters although I think over the course of the sequels they cheapened him (much like they did to Freddy Kruger). Great pic Glen! The mood and tone are depicted well for this one. How bout some of those lovely hooked chains hanging down from the ceiling behind him hmmmm? ;) One thing though is the nails- they look a little light in color- the contrast isn't quite catching right on my monitor (could be just my equipment) so they look grayed out. Your "human" heads are making me hellishly envious! :D :tu: :tu: :tu:

Great interpretation, Glen!
I think the sequels sucked big-time as well, but I have the 2 DVD set in a cool steel box they come in, and it's the bomb!

Signature SouthernGFX style.

I have to say the eyes and width of the shoulders are VERY feminine to me.

LOVE the mouth.

Excellent Glen, where you heading with the low polymesh stuff, i believe you quoted something about learning lightwave also.
