Im working on a bust of brandon lee's character The Crow

I made this thread a little later than my cghub thread..
but here is all the wip shots for now..

I made the basemesh with zspheres, sculpted, then retopoed, then sculpted some more.. this is how far i have come..

I also timelapsed the whole process so I can put it up on youtube later.. :)

I have retopoed the gloves, the pants and the shirt now.. added a ring.. and fixed a little on the hopeless hair :)

its coming along.. hehe

Hey! Nice going, but I think if you pushed the neck a little bit forward and not only the head it'd look much more natural :tu:

here is the latest progress.. Ive added a gravestone, some dirt and the bust in the bottom.. Just give it a better pose, let him crawl from his grave, which is not easy. Pain and revenge in his face, mud on his clothes.
Less symmetry and more action.

Pose is good, lines up with the movie well. My comment would be the clothes seem real thick(where it`s torn off) which makes it look like rubber, the string around his neck is also quite thick, and I also would work on the wrinkles on the shirt a litle more. Face looks good. Good Job over all well done ;)

thankyou for that critique sil3d. I tried to do a revarse inflat.. i think it helped a little :) not much.. but a little

Ill go over every hole and de inflate it a little.

I think Ill remove the dirt and the last bust and try to place him on like a bust.. move the gravestone in front instead..

I built a new base.

I was thinking I could get some feedback on which one you guys like the best.. new one or old?

this is the new one.. its sort of a cemetery look.. personally I like this one the best.. but Ill leave it up to the people..

now I got to go to bed.. its 7 in the morning here in Norway, and I have turned day into night working on this one..

I have started to work on the back.. the hair is absolutely rubbish there.. Im going to work on it I swear..

have inflated the fingers a little and worked on the details on the sweater.. enjoy.. :)

I have changed the face a little.. made it a little longer and done some more polypainting.. Ive fixed the eyes.. and done a whole lot of changes, also I have made a youtube video as a test.. A turn table..

TBH I liked the previos version of his face much better.

It does look good now too but the previous one was just more like Brandon Lee.

All in all it is still a gorgeous piece.

I think your model has an extremely large forhead ... maybe shorten that?

maybe I rendered out the wrong save file... hm..

I clearly remember lowering it.. lol..
